ZDK HISTORY

The ZDK was established in 1969 and is directed by Michael J. Campos, 9th Dan.  Initially the ZDK was organized to service those individuals who had trained under Sensei Campos and were establishing their own clubs.  Eventually outside instructors began to inquire about ZDK affiliation and in 1974 we began accepting instructors from other styles and systems.  Today the ZDK has members in many states in the US and in several foreign countries.

The ZDK has a long history and generational line as illustrated by this photo of members from the founder of the organization to some of our youngest and newest system & affiliated members.
