1999 UFAF CONVENTION

In July of 1999 Sensei Campos was invited to be a guest at the United Fighting Arts Federation (UFAF) convention in Las Vegas, NV.  UFAF is headed by Chuck Norris. While there, he had the opportunity to present a demonstration of his "3-Second Self-Defense" program to the UFAF Directors.  After seeing the demonstration, Ken Gallacher,  UFAF Executive Director, and Ed Saenes, UFAF Training Director, decided to host Sensei Campos as an instructor at the 2000 UFAF Convention.

Wade Kirkpatrick & Bill Hickl are from Houston, TX and are both students of Sensei Bob Gifford.  Sensei Gifford is an original first generation student of Sensei Campos and has been a ZDK member since 1970.  He operates the Safety America Martial Arts Club in Sugar Land, TX

Wade was the first non-UFAF member to be accepted as a KDOA instructor.  Bill is a personal advisor to Chuck Norris.
