SEMINAR PHOTO'S  

Three Second Self-Defense is applicable to martial artists who wish to add street oriented self-defense to their school curriculum.  It is based on simple, yet highly effective, techniques and can be learned by anyone.  Many clubs have had Sensei Campos come back several times to review and add new material.  He never teaches the same seminar twice - there is always new material to learn.
